Design and implement comprehensive cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform. Lead migrations from on-premise to GCP, whether through lift-and-shift or re-architecture. Develop highly scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions. Collaborate with DevOps, Data, Security, and Application teams to define governance and best practices. Evaluate and recommend GCP services, providing technical leadership and ensuring security, compliance, and performance.

This role requires a strong foundation in Google Cloud Platform services including Compute Engine, App Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Dataproc, with over 10 years of experience. Expertise in cloud architecture patterns, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Deployment Manager), networking (VPC, subnets, load balancing), and security (IAM, encryption, firewall rules) is essential. Familiarity with DevOps tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools is also expected.
