Design and enforce robust IAM policies, roles, and permission boundaries across GCP projects, folders, and organizations. Develop and maintain custom IAM roles adhering to least-privilege principles for multi-project GCP environments. Build and maintain cloud-native applications and automation tools utilizing GCP services like Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and GCS. Implement Workload Identity Federation and service account management best practices. Integrate IAM controls with CI/CD pipelines and enforce policy-as-code using Terraform. Conduct regular IAM access reviews and analyze audit logs via Cloud Audit Logs and Security Command Center.

A minimum of 9 years of total technical experience is required, with at least 5 years focused on hands-on GCP IAM, including custom roles and policy management. Demonstrable strong proficiency in GCP-native development (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Pub/Sub) and solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code. Familiarity with Workload Identity, service accounts, federated identity management, and proficiency in Python or Go for automation are essential. Understanding of GCP Security Command Center, Cloud Audit Logs, compliance frameworks, VPC Service Controls, organization policies, and integration patterns like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML on GCP is expected.
