Lead comprehensive transition and service takeover programs, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational continuity. Define the overarching transition strategy, roadmap, and governance framework, along with detailed transition plans. Effectively manage transition scope, track key milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and oversee deliverables. Conduct transition kick-off workshops and facilitate stakeholder governance meetings. Drive effective Knowledge Transfer (KT), shadowing, reverse-shadowing, and readiness assessments. Oversee the creation and validation of essential operational documentation, including SOPs and runbooks. Collaborate closely with client teams, incumbent vendors, subject matter experts, HR, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams. Monitor service readiness, track operational maturity, and analyze transition success metrics. Proactively manage risks and escalations to ensure a seamless handover into steady-state operations. Provide executive-level status reports and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

A minimum of 12 to 18 years of professional experience in Transition Management, Program Management, Service Delivery, or GCC setup initiatives is required. Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale transition and transformation programs is essential. Proven ability in Knowledge Transfer, Service Transition, Governance, Risk Management, and ensuring Operational Readiness is crucial. Experience working within multi-vendor and global delivery environments is highly valued. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are a must. A solid understanding of ITIL, Managed Services, and Service Management frameworks is necessary.

Experience in GCC setup and captive center transitions, along with certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or SAFe, is considered advantageous. Familiarity with cloud transformation, infrastructure transitions, and organizational change management, including people transitions, is also beneficial.
