You will be instrumental in leading and participating in Oracle Fusion Financials projects, from implementation to support. This involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions, and configuring/supporting key financial modules. Your role will encompass Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers, preparing functional designs for reports, integrations, and extensions.

We are looking for a skilled professional with robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expense Management, Tax Management, and FRC. Expertise in end-to-end finance processes like R2R, P2P, and O2C is essential. You should be proficient in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, FRS), security setup, approval workflows, role-based access, and integrations with SCM, Procurement, Projects, and HCM is required. Troubleshoot functional issues effectively and ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices.
