Seeking a skilled Technical Lead with 6-7 years of experience in manual software testing to join our Testing Services team. This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), along with expertise in various testing methodologies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

As a Technical Lead, you will guide the testing process, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing strategies. Your ability to translate requirements into effective test cases and manage defects will be key to your success in this position.

Lead functional and regression testing efforts for software projects. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Conduct smoke, sanity, and integration testing to ensure product stability. Utilize test management and defect tracking tools effectively. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality. Perform database testing using SQL queries and validate API functionalities with tools like Postman.

A minimum of 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing is essential. Proficiency in SDLC/STLC principles and various testing methodologies is required. Demonstrated expertise in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke/Sanity Testing, and Integration Testing. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools is mandatory. Ability to craft clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases is crucial. Solid understanding of database testing, including writing SQL queries. Familiarity with API testing concepts and tools such as Postman for basic validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
