Seeking a skilled Functional Tester Subcontractor to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role involves deep collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure software meets functional requirements and business expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the software testing life cycle and UAT processes, with experience in enterprise applications like ERP or CRM systems.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand functional requirements and precisely define UAT scope and objectives.

Develop comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios, ensuring they accurately reflect business process flows and detailed requirements.

Validate end-to-end workflows to guarantee alignment with business expectations and overall project goals.

Facilitate UAT execution by expertly coordinating with business users and providing essential support throughout the process.

Document UAT results meticulously, capture feedback, and secure formal sign-off from all relevant stakeholders.

Ensure all critical business scenarios and potential edge cases are thoroughly covered during UAT cycles.

Track, analyze, and resolve identified issues during UAT in close collaboration with development and QA teams.

Demonstrated understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT procedures.

Experience testing enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or similar systems.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, ADO, or comparable platforms.

Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them effectively into detailed test scenarios.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in SQL and database validation is required.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and participation in sprint-based testing cycles.
