Seeking a skilled Functional Test Engineer - Analyst to join the ACS Song team. This role is crucial for ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing and close collaboration with development and product teams. As a Functional Test Engineer, your core responsibilities will involve in-depth analysis of project requirements and acceptance criteria to design, develop, and execute manual test cases across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers and product owners to clarify project needs and promptly address any emerging concerns.

Key duties include performing various testing levels such as UI, functional, regression, and smoke testing. You will meticulously log, track, and verify bug fixes to ensure resolution and actively participate in sprint ceremonies, contributing to testing efforts throughout development cycles. Supporting release activities and generating test summary reports are also essential components of this role.

We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, coupled with a solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), including story points, user stories, and sprint ceremonies. A good grasp of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) is essential, along with the ability to produce clear test cases and bug reports.

Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Xray, or TestLink is advantageous. Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and hands-on experience with API testing, are considered strong assets. Knowledge of the E-commerce domain is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills are vital for success in this collaborative team environment.
