Seeking a seasoned Functional Specialist with a strong focus on Enterprise Applications, specifically JD Edwards (JDE) Finance. This role requires deep expertise in JDE Finance modules and a proven track record in system implementation and support.

Ideal candidates will possess at least six years of experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of JDE's financial functionalities, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA). This position is based in our Mumbai office and involves working directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into effective JDE solutions.

Engage directly with business stakeholders to meticulously gather and document requirements through interviews and facilitated sessions.

Develop detailed functional and data specifications, creating business process and data models to accurately represent business needs.

Lead integration testing, including the creation of test plans, test cases, scenarios, and comprehensive documentation of results.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with business users to ensure successful system validation.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve critical system issues, ensuring root cause analysis and effective remediation.

Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to ensure seamless unit and functional testing.

Develop functional specifications and testing documentation for various stages, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and post-go-live support, with a focus on data migration, documentation, and JDE Finance module setups.

Manage menu creation and security configurations within JDE.

Oversee and execute data migration processes.

Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is essential.

Expert proficiency in all JD Edwards Finance Modules, including AR, AP, GL, and FA, is mandatory.

Proven experience in JDE implementations, upgrades, and rollout projects is required.

Strong capabilities in developing functional specifications and conducting various testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT, post-go-live support), coupled with knowledge of data migration and module setups.

Experience with menu creation and security configurations is necessary.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

Candidates with pre-sales or solutioning experience will be highly regarded.

Must be willing to work onsite in Mumbai without travel constraints.
