Seeking a Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer with expertise in Wealth Management and Retail Banking. This role involves designing and implementing robust FSC solutions to enhance client engagement and streamline banking operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and financial services domain to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at our Hyderabad location. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our financial services technology landscape.

Develop and deploy comprehensive Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions tailored for Wealth Management and Retail Banking sectors. Configure core FSC features such as Financial Accounts, Household Management, and Client Profiles. Build custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows, ensuring scalability and security. Integrate Salesforce with critical banking systems and third-party applications via APIs. Translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs and implementation plans.

Optimize platform performance and adhere to Salesforce development best practices. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and product owners within Agile frameworks. Support production environments through deployments, issue resolution, and continuous enhancements.

A minimum of 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience is required, with a strong emphasis on Financial Services Cloud implementations. Proven success in delivering solutions for Wealth Management and Retail Banking is essential. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Experience is mandatory. A solid understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing, roles, and profiles is expected.

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft are beneficial. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset) and Agile/Scrum methodologies is important. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
