Seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate intricate manufacturing and sales processes into effective Salesforce requirements, ensuring the delivery of scalable and robust CRM solutions.

Engage directly with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to thoroughly understand and document CRM needs. Analyze critical manufacturing processes like lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, and dealer/distributor management. Convert complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Provide essential support for Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and contribute to configuring Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows. Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects).

Key focus areas include a strong understanding of dealer management and order management processes. Familiarity with basic Salesforce administration capabilities is also beneficial. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, defect resolution, and final sign-off. Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), test scenarios, and training materials.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst is required. Proven ability to translate complex business processes, particularly within manufacturing, into detailed Salesforce requirements. Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. Experience in configuring Salesforce features and creating documentation like BRDs and FRDs is essential. Demonstrated experience supporting UAT cycles and defect management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interface with both business and technical teams. Familiarity with dealer management and order management processes is a significant advantage. Basic Salesforce Admin knowledge is a plus.
