Seeking an experienced Functional Specialist for Enterprise Applications, specifically a D365 F&O Finance Support Consultant. This role is crucial for providing expert-level support and ensuring the smooth operation of our D365 F&O Finance modules.

As a D365 F&O Finance Functional Support Consultant, you will provide L2 support for core finance modules, including Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving incidents, service requests, configuration issues, workflow failures, and transactional errors.

You will also perform approved data corrections, conduct functional testing, assist users, and create knowledge articles. Monitoring ticket status to meet response and resolution SLAs, and escalating complex issues to L3 support are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will assist with regression testing, production validation, and minor enhancement activities.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in D365 F&O Finance support or implementation. A strong understanding of financial processes such as RTR, PTP, and OTC is essential. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues.

Proven ability to perform data corrections, functional testing, and user assistance is required. Experience in monitoring ticket queues and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is crucial. Familiarity with regression testing and production validation processes will be beneficial for this role.
