As a Functional Domain Expert, you will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing existing order management business processes within Life Sciences. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and enhanced compliance. You will actively support the execution of process improvement and transformation initiatives, aiming to boost operational efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of transformation projects specifically within the Order Management and Fulfilment domain. This involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, quality assurance, supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and digital teams to achieve project objectives and deliver tangible business value.

We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of dedicated experience in order management processes within the Life Sciences industry, encompassing pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare operations. A strong background in supporting business operations, process transformation, quality, compliance, or digital initiatives within these sectors is essential.

Possess a solid understanding of Life Sciences processes, stringent regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
