Join Iris Software, a rapidly growing IT services company recognized among India's Top Workplaces. We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with expertise in React and Python to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for a managed application hosting platform.

This role offers a unique opportunity to abstract complex infrastructure, build intuitive APIs, and leverage AI coding tools in a high-velocity, high-standards environment. You will collaborate with client teams, translate product requirements into actionable plans, and champion robust testing and reliability practices.

Design and develop backend services and frontend UIs for a managed application hosting platform, focusing on self-service onboarding and deployment flows.

Build features that simplify infrastructure complexity, offering multi-region, multi-cloud, and HA/DR capabilities through clear APIs and workflows.

Utilize AI coding tools, rigorously validating and hardening generated code for production readiness.

Collaborate with client cloud engineering teams on technical architecture and design.

Translate product requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.

Implement comprehensive testing, observability, and reliability practices for predictable infrastructure behavior and deployments.

Participate actively in code and design reviews, as well as sprint ceremonies, working closely with the India-based pod and stakeholders.

Minimum 3 years of experience in building production backend services using Python.

Proficiency with at least one major Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous patterns, and integration with CI/CD pipelines is essential.

Proven experience in developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React (ReactJS / ReactJD).

While the role is predominantly remote, occasional weekly in-office presence for workshops will be required.
