As a Senior Engineer, you will design and implement robust back-end services and intuitive front-end UIs for a managed application hosting platform. This includes developing features for self-service onboarding, environment provisioning, deployment workflows, and governance controls. You will abstract complex infrastructure challenges, such as multi-region and multi-cloud deployments, into clear APIs and workflows. Leveraging AI coding tools, you'll frame problems, validate code, write tests, and ensure production readiness. Your role involves collaborating on technical architecture with client teams, translating product requirements into detailed designs, and implementing comprehensive testing, observability, and reliability practices. Active participation in code and design reviews, along with sprint ceremonies, is essential for seamless collaboration with our India-based pod.

We are seeking an experienced engineer with over 3 years of expertise in building production back-end services using Python. A strong command of at least one major Python web framework, such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, is required. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous patterns, and seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines is crucial. Experience in developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) with React (ReactJS/ReactJD) is also a key requirement. While the role is predominantly remote, occasional in-office attendance once a week for workshops is expected.
