Design and develop robust back-end services and intuitive front-end user interfaces for a managed application hosting platform. This includes building features for self-service onboarding, environment provisioning, deployment workflows, and governance controls.

Create functionalities that simplify infrastructure complexity, such as multi-region, multi-cloud, and High Availability/Disaster Recovery patterns, through clear APIs and workflows. Integrate AI coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, focusing on problem framing, code validation, testing, and production hardening.

Collaborate on technical architecture and design with client cloud engineering teams. Translate product requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans. Implement comprehensive testing, observability, and reliability practices to ensure predictable infrastructure behavior and deployment success. Participate actively in code and design reviews, as well as sprint ceremonies, working closely with an India-based team and stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building production-ready back-end services using Python is mandatory. Proficiency with at least one major Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask is required.

Demonstrated understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous patterns, and seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines is essential. Experience in developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React (ReactJS / ReactJD) is a key requirement.

While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-office attendance once a week for workshops will be expected. Familiarity with Node.js for runtime and backend development is considered an additional asset.
