Design and develop robust back-end services and intuitive front-end user interfaces for a managed application hosting platform. This includes features for self-service onboarding, environment provisioning, deployment orchestration, and governance.

Build sophisticated features that simplify complex infrastructure, offering multi-region, multi-cloud, and high availability/disaster recovery patterns through clear APIs and workflows.

Utilize AI coding assistants like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in a dynamic, high-standard environment, focusing on problem framing, code validation, testing, and production hardening.

Collaborate with client cloud engineering teams on technical architecture and design. Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.

Implement comprehensive testing, observability, and reliability measures to ensure predictable system behavior and deployment success. Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies within a cross-functional team.

We require a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building production-grade back-end services using Python. Proficiency with at least one major Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask is essential.

A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming patterns, and seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines is crucial. Experience in developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React (ReactJS/ReactJD) is also a key requirement.
