Design and implement robust back-end services and intuitive front-end user interfaces for a managed application hosting platform. This includes developing features for self-service onboarding, environment provisioning, deployment pipelines, and governance controls.

Build capabilities that abstract complex infrastructure, supporting multi-region, multi-cloud, and high availability/disaster recovery patterns through clear APIs and workflows. Utilize AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, AntiGravity, and GitHub Copilot, within a high-standard, fast-paced environment, focusing on problem framing, code validation, testing, and production hardening.

Collaborate on technical architecture and design with client teams, translating product requirements into detailed implementation plans. Implement comprehensive testing, observability, and reliability practices to ensure predictable infrastructure behavior and deployment success. Actively participate in code and design reviews, and engage in sprint ceremonies with the project team.

Requires at least 3 years of experience in building production back-end services using Python, with proficiency in at least one major Python web framework like FastAPI, Django, or Flask. A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous patterns, and integration with CI/CD pipelines is essential.

Demonstrated experience in building modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) with React (ReactJS / ReactJD) is also a must. This hybrid role requires an in-office presence once a week for workshops.

We are looking for candidates who can contribute to technical architecture and design, collaborate effectively with client teams, and implement best practices for testing and reliability. Familiarity with AI coding tools and modern cloud infrastructure concepts is highly valued.
