Design and implement robust back-end services and intuitive front-end UIs for a managed application hosting platform. Develop features that abstract complex infrastructure, such as multi-cloud and high-availability patterns, into user-friendly workflows and APIs. Utilize AI coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot within a high-velocity, high-standards environment, focusing on problem framing, code validation, testing, and production hardening.

Collaborate on technical architecture and design with client cloud engineering teams. Translate product requirements into detailed technical designs and actionable implementation plans. Implement comprehensive testing, observability, and reliability practices to ensure consistent infrastructure behavior and predictable deployments. Actively participate in code and design reviews, as well as sprint ceremonies, working closely with an India-based pod and stakeholders.

We are seeking an engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building production-grade back-end services using Python. Proficiency in at least one major Python web framework, such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, is essential.

A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming patterns, and integration with CI/CD pipelines is required. Experience in developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) with React (ReactJS/ReactJD) is also a key requirement for this role. While primarily remote, occasional in-office attendance for workshops is expected.
