We are seeking a hands-on Architect with expertise in MS Azure technologies to design and implement a sophisticated managed application hosting platform. Design and implement robust back-end services and intuitive front-end UIs for a managed application hosting platform, encompassing self-service onboarding, environment provisioning, deployment flows, and governance controls. Develop features that effectively abstract complex infrastructure, including multi-region and multi-cloud configurations, and High Availability/Disaster Recovery patterns, through clear APIs and workflows. Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, meticulously framing problems, validating generated code, writing comprehensive tests, and ensuring production-grade hardening. Collaborate closely with client's cloud engineering teams on technical architecture and design, translating product requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable implementation plans. Implement rigorous testing, observability, and reliability practices to guarantee deterministic infrastructure behavior and predictable deployment outcomes. Actively participate in code and design reviews, alongside sprint ceremonies, in close collaboration with an India-based pod and key stakeholders.

Mandatory competencies include a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building production back-end services using Python. Proficiency with at least one major Python web framework, such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, is essential. A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous patterns, and seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines is required. Experience in developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) with React (ReactJS/ReactJD) is a must. While the role is predominantly remote, attendance in the office once a week for workshops is expected. Expertise in MS Azure technologies is a core requirement. Familiarity with GCP is considered a beneficial, though not mandatory, asset.
