Design and develop advanced Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and others. Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks tailored for enterprise use cases.

Lead the development of intelligent AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution systems. Orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, and evaluate emerging tools like AutoGen or CrewAI. Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and response generation frameworks.

Develop prompt engineering pipelines, integrate vector databases, and build semantic search solutions. Implement scalable AI application development using LangChain or LangGraph. Design robust AI engineering architectures that incorporate authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, API governance, and enterprise deployment best practices.

Spearhead fine-tuning and model customization efforts to enhance domain-specific AI performance. Define AI integration patterns and deployment strategies for enterprise application ecosystems, including cloud-native integration with APIs, databases, and messaging platforms. Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI quality, reliability, and relevance.

Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for improved AI governance and business reliability. Review AI solution designs to ensure adherence to engineering standards, scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI principles. Conduct detailed root cause analysis for complex AI workflow challenges. Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks, RAG, agentic systems, and AI engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in AI solution quality, innovation, and operational effectiveness.

This senior engineering role requires deep expertise in Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI Systems, LangChain, and LangGraph. Proficiency is expected in DevOps/Configuration Management tools like GitLab, GitHub, and Bitbucket, alongside UI development with React.

Candidates must possess strong skills in Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and Azure CLI. A solid foundation in Data & AI, specifically in Gen AI, is crucial, encompassing Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Workflow & Agentic Frameworks, Fine-tuning & Model Customization, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, Agentic AI Systems, and Python, Pandas, and NumPy. Experience with Cloud Application Integration & Deployment is also mandatory.
