As a Senior Engineer, you will architect and develop advanced enterprise Generative AI solutions, leveraging platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service. You will design and implement RAG, Graph RAG, and Agentic AI architectures, leading the development of intelligent AI agents and autonomous task execution frameworks.

Key duties include orchestrating multi-agent systems using LangGraph, optimizing prompt strategies, and designing prompt engineering pipelines with vector database integration. You will also design scalable AI engineering architectures with best practices for authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and API governance. Leading fine-tuning initiatives, defining AI integration patterns, and establishing evaluation frameworks for AI response quality are crucial.

Furthermore, you will troubleshoot complex AI workflows, mentor team members on GenAI frameworks and AI engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement in AI solution quality and innovation. Ensuring adherence to engineering standards, scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI practices will be paramount.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI and Agentic Framework Concepts. Proficiency in Cloud Application Integration and Deployment, AI Agents, Tool Calling, Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI Systems, LangChain, and LangGraph is essential.

Mandatory competencies include a strong understanding of DevOps/Configuration Management (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket), UI development with React, and Cloud technologies like Azure DevOps and Azure CLI. Experience with Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and Workflow & Agentic Frameworks is required. You should also be skilled in Fine-tuning, Model Customization, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI Systems.

Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy is necessary, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. An understanding of cloud-native AI integration patterns and enterprise deployment best practices is also expected.
