Design and implement robust back-end services and intuitive front-end UIs for a managed application hosting platform, covering self-service onboarding, environment provisioning, deployment workflows, and governance controls. Develop features that simplify complex infrastructure, including multi-region, multi-cloud, and HA/DR patterns, through clear APIs and workflows. Leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot within a high-velocity, high-standard environment, focusing on problem framing, code validation, testing, and production hardening. Collaborate closely with client cloud engineering teams on technical architecture and design. Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans. Ensure deterministic infrastructure behavior and predictable deployments by implementing rigorous testing, observability, and reliability practices. Actively participate in code and design reviews, as well as sprint ceremonies, working in tandem with an India-based pod and stakeholders.

A seasoned Fullstack professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building production back-end services using Python. Proficiency in at least one major Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask is essential. A strong grasp of RESTful APIs, asynchronous patterns, and seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines is required. Experience building modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) with React (ReactJS / ReactJD) is also a key requirement.

Additional platform expertise includes Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and/or Bicep. A working knowledge of Docker, containerization, and Azure Container Apps / AKS is expected. Experience integrating applications with Azure APIs/SDKs and GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps pipelines is valuable. Understanding of Entra ID, Managed Identity, RBAC, and secure secrets management is necessary. The ability to build reliable workflows incorporating state management, retries, idempotency, and error handling is important. Familiarity with cloud observability concepts, including logs, metrics, distributed tracing, and Application Insights/OpenTelemetry, is required.
