As a key technical leader, you will influence the technological roadmap and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for full stack solutions, encompassing backend development (Python, C#/.NET) and frontend frameworks (React).

Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, leading solution discussions, driving technical decisions, and championing innovation initiatives.

Design, develop, and govern scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. Lead the development of modern, responsive frontend applications.

Define end-to-end solution architecture, including application layering, API contracts, data flows, and integration patterns.

Drive technical innovation, identifying opportunities for modernization, automation, and the adoption of new technologies. Establish and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards. Oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Possess 8+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to full stack development.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), C# (.NET Core/.NET), RESTful APIs, microservices, and frontend technologies like React, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration strategies is essential. Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is crucial. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is expected.
