Address intricate problems within big data technologies, developing and prototyping solutions to refine our data processing architecture.

Partner with customer R&D data science teams, particularly in Pharma and life sciences, to meticulously gather and define technical requirements.

Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated backend applications using Python (FastAPI) within the AWS cloud ecosystem.

Construct intuitive and responsive frontend user interfaces utilizing React and TypeScript.

A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and constructing both backend and frontend applications, specifically within an AWS environment.

Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and asynchronous programming is essential for backend development.

Expertise in REST API design, implementation, and effective error handling is required.

Solid understanding and practical experience with AWS cloud services and cross-account access protocols.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases and various caching strategies is crucial.

Experience in managing authentication mechanisms is necessary.

Strong command of TypeScript and React, including hooks and component architecture, for frontend development.

Proficiency with Material-UI and the principles of responsive UI design.

Skilled in state management, handling forms, pagination, and multi-step workflows.

Ability to integrate with APIs, including HTTP clients, error handling, and mock data generation.

Knowledge of OAuth/OIDC authentication protocols.

Experience in React-based UI development for platforms like GroundTruth UI.

Understanding of ML/data annotation interfaces and labeling workflows is beneficial.

Familiarity with Docker, containerized deployments, and Git version control is desirable.

An understanding of DATK infrastructure components and AWS ECS services is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong teamwork abilities.
