This customer-facing role is integral to pre and post-implementation launches. You will serve as a critical escalation point for intricate issues, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

- Act as the primary escalation point for highly complex, sensitive, and visible client issues. - Drive superior customer experience through prompt responses and positive interactions. - Articulate customer needs and requirements to internal teams. - Provide technical leadership and support to junior staff. - Proactively manage performance metrics to achieve daily work objectives. - Serve as a Customer Support liaison during customer program implementations, gaining product and technology insights for post-implementation support. - Deliver ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed technical solutions, analyzing events and applying technical knowledge per established standards.

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field. - Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, or developing data-driven applications connected to relational databases, XML sources, and high-volume web services. - Subject matter expertise in areas such as Database technology (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, DB2, Hana), Java, XML, web services, ERPs, network architecture, or performance optimization. - Advanced knowledge of transmission types (XML, REST, JSON) and processing tools like SoapUI and Postman. - Experience with Data Security & Operations. - Proficiency in LINUX and Web Programming, including HTTP programming and web services in Java. - Understanding of virtual machines, NAS, Unix, shell programming, and mainframe systems. - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adapting style to the audience. - Must be results-oriented and customer-focused.
