As a Full Stack Engineer, you will act as the final escalation point for complex client issues, driving positive customer experiences through timely and effective interactions. Key responsibilities include communicating customer needs internally, providing technology expertise and leadership, and demonstrating self-direction to meet performance metrics. You will also serve as a customer support liaison during program implementations, troubleshoot installed technical solutions, and collaborate with emerging products and technologies to refine support processes.

This role requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. Essential skills include proficiency in Database Management, with good-to-have skills in Java, API Management, and Web Application Development. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, or a related field is required, alongside 15 years of full-time education. Expertise in troubleshooting and developing data-driven applications connected to relational databases, XML sources, and web services is crucial. Experience with various database technologies, Java, XML, web services, network architecture, and performance issues is highly desired. Strong debugging skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this customer-facing, hybrid role.
