As a Full Stack Engineer, you will serve as the ultimate escalation point for highly complex and critical client issues, driving positive customer experiences through prompt responses and interactions. You'll translate customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams, offering technical expertise and leadership to junior staff.

Demonstrate initiative in meeting performance targets and daily work goals. You will act as a crucial liaison during customer program implementations, gaining in-depth knowledge for post-implementation support. Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for technical solutions by meticulously analyzing events and applying technical expertise according to established standards.

Work diligently to resolve sensitive technical issues through accurate assessment and creative problem-solving. Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will manage highly complex escalations from Tier 2 analysts and provide support aligned with business objectives. Contribute to maintaining support systems, including virtual environments and databases, and participate in various projects.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in API Management. A strong foundation in Java, Web Application Development, and Database Management is highly desirable.

Professional experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, or developing data-driven applications connected to relational databases, XML sources, and high-volume web services is essential. Expertise in areas such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, DB2, Hana, Java, XML, web services, ERPs, network architecture, and performance tuning is crucial.

Possess expert knowledge of transmission types like XML, REST, and JSON, along with processing tools such as SoapUI and Postman. Experience with Data Security & Operations, LINUX, and Web Programming is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Information Technology, or a related field, is necessary, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role also involves on-call duties on a rotational basis.
