We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and engineer comprehensive system features, from user experience to backend code. This role involves creating innovative solutions that enhance client services, leveraging new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset to tackle challenging business problems.

The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across applications. A key aspect of the role is to utilize development skills to deliver impactful results for our clients, driving improvements in the services they provide.

As an independent contributor, you will become a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and offering solutions to work-related challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met, continuously evaluating and improving existing systems for enhanced performance and scalability. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster their professional growth.

The ideal candidate must possess proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. Experience with both front-end and back-end development technologies relevant to SAP Business Technology Platform is essential. A strong understanding of cloud-native application design and deployment, along with familiarity in agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines, is required. The ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud environments is also a key requirement. A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development is mandatory.
