As a Full Stack Engineer, you will serve as a primary escalation point for intricate client issues, driving positive customer experiences through prompt and effective communication. You will collaborate with teams to convey customer needs and provide technical leadership to junior staff. This role involves self-direction in achieving performance targets, acting as a liaison during program implementations, and offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for installed technical solutions. You will also work closely with emerging technologies to develop support processes and ensure mutually acceptable resolutions for highly technical and sensitive issues.

Furthermore, you will cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, process escalated issues from Tier 2 analysts, and support business drivers. Key duties include creating and maintaining knowledge entries, managing support systems like virtual environments and databases, and participating in additional projects. A significant aspect of this role includes participating in on-call duties on a rotational basis to ensure continuous support.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-time education and relevant industry work. A strong foundation in Database Management is essential, complemented by desirable skills in API Management, Java, and Web Application Development.

Professional experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, or developing data-driven applications connected to relational databases, XML sources, and high-volume web services is required. Subject matter expertise in areas such as Database technology (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, DB2, Hana), Java, XML, web services, ERPs, network architecture, or performance issues is highly valued. Proficiency in supported transmission types (XML, REST, JSON) and tools like SoapUI and Postman is expected, along with experience in Data Security & Operations.

Familiarity with LINUX, Web Programming, including HTTP programming, ICF, Framework, Web Services in ABAP (SOAP, WSDLs), and JAVA programming is necessary. Experience with SAP NetWeaver Architecture, Integration technology, and SAP Mobility Technology is preferred. A solid understanding of VM's, NAS, Unix, Shell programming, mainframe systems, FTP scripting, ECG, and TWS is also beneficial.

Candidates should possess deep understanding and debugging experience with networking protocols, excellent debugging skills across various technologies, and the ability to network effectively. Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills are a must, along with a results-oriented and customer-focused approach. Understanding customer product usage is highly desired, as is a strong drive to research and study new emerging technologies. Experience in handling customer escalations and working calmly under stressful situations, coupled with excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, is crucial.

This role requires the ability to apply professional concepts to analyze situations and resolve complex issues creatively. Professional communication, good organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages are essential. Sufficient knowledge of business communications, including telephone, voicemail, and e-mail, as well as the operation of office machines, is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is necessary. Experience in building and maintaining Big Data and Fast Data applications, along with Data Governance, is also highly desirable.
