Design and develop Python-based applications for Capital Markets processes. Build scalable REST APIs and microservices using frameworks like FastAPI or Django. Implement AI and machine learning solutions with enterprise-approved tools. Integrate applications with banking systems, data platforms, and market data services. Participate actively in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Define data integration and API strategies, adhering to engineering standards and secure development practices. Contribute to high-level solution design and architectural planning. Develop automated testing frameworks and support CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation. Ensure adherence to security, performance, and quality benchmarks.

Collaborate effectively with business analysts, architects, and product owners. Provide support for sprint deliveries and production deployments. Assist in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.

We seek a Senior AI Engineer with 4-9 years of software development experience, possessing strong Python programming skills. Expertise in FastAPI, Django, REST APIs, and Microservices is essential. Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel is required, alongside proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.

Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) is necessary, as is experience with CI/CD practices and Git. A foundational understanding of Capital Markets and Banking operations is also expected.

While not mandatory, experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, or front-end technologies like React or Angular would be advantageous. Cloud and AI/ML certifications are preferred qualifications for this role.
