Lead the architecture and hands-on development of AI-powered applications and platforms, focusing on Python and Generative AI. Drive the adoption of Machine Learning and intelligent automation. Design scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration frameworks, while ensuring application performance and resiliency.

Provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into robust solutions for Capital Markets. Guide the implementation of AI platforms and cloud-native solutions. Ensure adherence to engineering standards, robust testing strategies, and secure development practices. Promote automation across the development lifecycle and collaborate closely with client stakeholders.

A seasoned AI Engineering Manager with 8-14 years of experience is sought, requiring 5+ years of hands-on Python development. Essential expertise includes Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Trading, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting domains. Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Django, REST APIs, Microservices, ML, MLOps, Generative AI, SQL, NoSQL, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is critical.

Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Kubernetes, and containerization is required. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage enterprise-scale transformation initiatives is a must. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
