Design and develop product features with a focus on efficiency and optimization. Challenge existing tech stacks and API choices to implement industry best practices.

Provide technical leadership by demonstrating best practices in all aspects of software development, including front-end, back-end, APIs, data layers, integrations, and AI models. Map functional specifications to product features to ensure accuracy and coverage.

Perform techno-functional testing, automating where possible. Partner with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery and provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior team members.

We are seeking a Technical Developer with 4-9 years of experience in hands-on development and design. Prior experience in product-based IT development, encompassing full-stack engineering, machine learning, AI, and DevOps is preferred.

Essential technical skills include Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core is also required.

Experience with backend development (Django or FastAPI), data structures, algorithms, Python-driven machine learning model implementation, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is crucial. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure deployment and CI/CD pipelines is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
