Your responsibilities will span working with diverse financial data across KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, and Fraud use cases. Cloud and domain expertise are essential. AI skills are a valuable asset for enhancing engineering, analytics, and support functions.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, developing, and supporting NICE Actimize solutions and Financial Crime applications. You will build and maintain Java applications, microservices, and REST APIs, alongside developing complex SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Integrating Actimize with various systems, deploying applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and translating compliance requirements into technical designs are core aspects of the role. Performance tuning, defect analysis, secure coding practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are also vital. You will provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure successful delivery of assigned modules.

Mandatory skills include strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize implementation and customization within financial crime contexts (Transaction Monitoring, AML, sanctions, fraud). Proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented programming, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs is essential. A strong command of advanced SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, and query optimization, is required. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is mandatory. Essential domain knowledge in KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, or Fraud, along with proficiency in engineering practices like Git, Maven, unit testing, CI/CD, and production support, are critical. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field is required, with strictly 4+ years of professional experience.
