Our Structured Finance Team excels in addressing diverse needs within the securitization marketplace across various asset classes, including ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and CLOs. The core function of the SFT transaction team is to execute agreed-upon procedures (AUP) crucial for the successful completion of securitization transactions. You will engage directly with front-office investment banking clients daily, conduct thorough reviews of loan documents and data tapes, and perform recalculations and exception reporting. Key tasks include creating collateral stratification tables to assess loan pool characteristics, verifying the accuracy and completeness of offering documents against industry standards, and managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines. Effective communication of issues to senior team members and seamless collaboration within the team are essential. Furthermore, you'll stay abreast of emerging AI and data-extraction capabilities, assessing their application to document review while upholding current processes and confidentiality requirements.

We are seeking professionals who possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client work. The ability to interpret complex financial and legal documentation and link document terms to structured data is vital. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including concise articulation of issues and client-ready reporting, are expected. A collaborative approach, professional integrity, and confidence in working with global stakeholders are essential attributes. Curiosity and a proactive learning attitude, particularly regarding the potential and limitations of AI and automation, are highly valued. To be considered, candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, coupled with approximately two years of relevant work experience. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including data reconciliation, formula application, and structured analysis, is required. Familiarity with generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation concepts, including their applications and responsible use, is necessary. Experience with data, automation, or emerging technology tools such as advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Python, SQL, workflow automation, or approved AI assistants is advantageous. Strong prioritization skills and adaptability to meet client deadlines and role-specific shifts are also crucial.
