Your primary responsibility will be to execute agreed-upon procedures (AUP) to ensure the successful completion of securitization transactions. This includes verifying financial model accuracy against governing documents, developing cash flow and analytics models for structured products like CDOs/CLOs, and performing detailed transaction modeling.

You will interpret complex legal and financial documentation, construct independent cash flow and collateral models using Microsoft Excel, and create comprehensive AUP reports. Analyzing data from various third-party models and establishing strong client relationships are also key components of this role.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, coupled with approximately 2 years of relevant experience, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including advanced formulas and data reconciliation, is essential.
