We are part of the Structured Finance Team, which excels in meeting the diverse needs of market participants in securitization across various asset classes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced transaction environment, support varied engagement teams, interact with a broad spectrum of clients, and drive business development for key global accounts.

The SFT transaction team's core function is to execute agreed-upon procedures to ensure successful client securitization transactions. This includes verifying financial model accuracy against governing documents and developing cash flow/analytics models for structured products like CDOs/CLOs.

Key responsibilities involve detailed transaction modeling and analytics, encompassing cash flow projections, recalculating collateral quality, and concentration limits. You will construct independent cash flow and collateral models using Excel, create detailed procedural reports, and meticulously interpret complex prospectus and indenture information, including structural features, triggers, and paydown rules.

Additionally, you will perform analyses on intricate Excel and third-party models for structured product valuation. Building strong client relationships, consistently delivering high-quality client service, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes are essential. Demonstrating deep technical expertise and staying current with industry developments is also crucial.

To be considered, candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with approximately two years of relevant work experience. Excellent prioritization skills and dedication to meeting client deadlines are vital, complemented by strong communication abilities for reporting, presentations, and client interactions.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. The role necessitates flexibility to work beyond standard hours when client deadlines demand it, and adaptability to shift-based work depending on the position. Prior experience in structured finance is highly advantageous.
