Our FSO practice provides solutions in market, credit, operational, and regulatory risk management, along with quantitative consulting and technology enablement. We are seeking experienced professionals to enhance our Credit Risk and Quality Assurance capabilities within the QA Managed Services team.

As a Senior on the QA Managed Services team, you will independently review credit portfolios, assess underwriting quality against regulatory and internal policies, and execute end-to-end QA processes. Responsibilities include conducting Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) across the credit lifecycle, providing challenge to underwriters on decisions and documentation, and generating insights to identify operational weaknesses and process deficiencies. You will also prepare high-quality QA deliverables, management reports, and track corrective actions.

Candidates should possess a CA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in wholesale credit underwriting, risk management, loan review, QA, or credit process audit. A strong understanding of the wholesale credit risk lifecycle, risk management frameworks, and control design is essential. Proven ability to challenge credit work products and strong written communication skills are required. Familiarity with AI/ML methodologies in credit risk management is a plus.
