As a Manager in our Risk Consulting team, you will lead Quality Assurance Managed Services for Wholesale Credit Quality Assurance (WCQA) activities. Your responsibilities include independently reviewing credit portfolios, assessing underwriting quality against regulatory and internal policies, and executing end-to-end QA processes within a managed services model. You will also conduct Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) across the credit lifecycle, provide challenge to underwriters and portfolio teams, and generate insights to identify operational and control weaknesses, supporting continuous improvement.

We seek professionals with 7-10 years of experience in wholesale credit underwriting, risk management, loan review, quality assurance, or internal audit. A CA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required. Essential skills include a strong understanding of the wholesale credit risk lifecycle, risk management frameworks, and the ability to evaluate credit processes and challenge credit work products. Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are vital. Awareness of AI/ML in credit risk management is beneficial.
