This role is instrumental in leveraging our innovation specialists to bring together the right environment, technologies, and skilled teams for rapid prototyping and forward-thinking solutions, focusing on analytics, digital transformation, and modern technologies.

As an experienced GRC Archer Developer, you will be pivotal in designing, configuring, and implementing robust RSA Archer solutions and use cases tailored to business needs.

Your core responsibilities include developing and maintaining Archer components such as data-driven events, calculated fields, iViews, dashboards, reports, and access control structures. You will build and customize applications, questionnaires, risk registers, workflows (including advanced workflows and Archer Engage), and integrations.

This role also involves supporting end-to-end implementation, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate functional requirements into effective technical configurations and develop/maintain APIs, data feeds, and integrations. Essential duties also include troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring adherence to GRC best practices, data governance, and platform guidelines to maintain optimal performance.

We are seeking an accomplished Archer Developer/Administrator with 3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in developing and supporting RSA Archer solutions.

You should possess strong expertise in configuring key Archer components like Applications, Subforms, Fields, Access Control, Workflows (Advanced Workflows & DDEs), Notifications, Data Feeds, Calculated Fields, Search, Reports, and Dashboards. A solid understanding of Archer's Data Model, Record Permissions, and Role-based Access Control (RBAC) is crucial.

Experience with essential Archer modules such as Issues Management, Risk Registers, Policy, Risk and Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Audit Management is required. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other scripting languages for customization and automation is also a must, alongside strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Experience within Agile/Scrum environments is highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to other GRC platforms like ServiceNow GRC, IBM OpenPages, or ProcessUnity, as well as experience with API integrations and enterprise middleware. A foundational understanding of broader GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, SOX) and RSA Archer Certification(s) would be advantageous. Strong communication, stakeholder management, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are also key attributes for success in this role.
