Key responsibilities include participating in IT Risk and Assurance engagements, leveraging audit software, data analytics, and IT auditing techniques. You'll be expected to understand regulatory requirements and industry standards in IT governance, data protection, and cybersecurity, including frameworks like COBIT and NIST.

Proficiency in assessing and managing IT risks, designing effective controls for IT systems, networks, and applications is crucial. Strong project management skills are needed to lead initiatives, manage resources, and meet deadlines. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of IT control professionals and building effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Candidates should have experience in application controls and information security, with the ability to build relationships across various seniority levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science, or an MBA/M.Sc./CA.

We require a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in internal controls and internal audit, with a focus on IT risk assurance frameworks and control frameworks like COSO, SOX, and J-SOX. Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, ITIL, and COBIT is necessary. Experience with data analysis tools like MS Excel, ACL, and Monarch is also required.
