This role is within our Risk Consulting – FS Digital Risk – ITRM team, focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology and business processes. We are seeking motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a dynamic global delivery network.

Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of GRC solutions across risk, compliance, audit, and third-party risk management. Assist with gathering requirements, documenting processes, configuring systems, and providing user support. Collaborate with senior team members to translate business needs into effective tool-based solutions. Conduct data validation, prepare reports and dashboards, and perform basic workflow testing. Develop user stories, process documents, test cases, and training materials. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues. Maintain clear communication with project teams, providing regular status updates. Demonstrate ownership, a proactive learning attitude, and adaptability to new GRC platforms and client needs. Stay abreast of emerging GRC trends, regulatory changes, and relevant technologies.

This position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in GRC domains such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, or Audit. A foundational understanding of databases, software applications, and business processes is essential. Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities are key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies is crucial. We seek team players with a positive outlook and a strong sense of ownership. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech preferred) is required.
