Leverage your expertise in fund accounting and financial reporting within a dynamic, international team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, contributing to a better working world.

Take ownership of the end-to-end fund accounting and reporting cycle, from Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation to the finalization of financial statements. You will be instrumental in preparing key deliverables, supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members, and acting as a primary point of contact for relevant stakeholders.

Drive process improvements and enhance operational risk management by defining new procedures and controls. Your responsibilities will include performing critical accounting activities such as capital calls, valuations, and transaction processing. You'll also collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and implement automation opportunities, bringing AI capabilities to bear for improved efficiency and quality.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 4-8 years of experience in the asset management sector, ideally with exposure to US-based asset management or fund administration firms. A strong technical foundation in fund accounting, investment accounting, financial statement close processes, and US GAAP is essential.

Demonstrated experience with fund administration and investment accounting platforms such as Investran, Eagle, Yardi, or Geneva is highly valued. Familiarity with Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds, along with operational aspects like NAV finalization and reconciliations, is required. An MBA, CA, ACCA, or CPA certification is necessary for this role.
