Join EY's Global Delivery Services as a Staff member in Fund Accounting, supporting a key global client. This role offers the chance to develop a robust technical foundation in fund operations, manage the full accounting and reporting cycle from NAV production to financial statements, and collaborate with senior team members.

Assist with maintaining accounting records for Private Credit Funds, adhering to accounting standards and procedures. Record transactions including loan drawdowns, repayments, interest income, fees, and gains/losses. Support the NAV calculation process for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods. Conduct cash and bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies promptly. Reconcile investment positions and loan balances with portfolio managers and custodians. Aid in preparing investor reporting files and fund financial statements. Support capital calls, distributions, and investor allocation processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to automation initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders to resolve queries. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, and policies. Demonstrate a basic understanding of AI concepts and tools, using them responsibly and in line with organizational policies.

Possess 1-3 years of experience in the asset management sector; exposure to US-based asset management or fund administration is a plus. Familiarity with software tools such as document management systems, workflow systems, partnership accounting, and investment accounting software like eFront, Investran, Yardi, Eagle, or Geneva is beneficial. Proficiency in fund accounting, financial reporting, investment accounting, financial statement processes, regulatory reporting, and consolidation reporting is required. Experience in operational aspects like NAV finalization, reconciliations, management reporting, and investor reporting is key. A strong understanding of journal entries is necessary. Experience with Private Equity, Real Estate, or Private Credit Funds is advantageous. A general understanding of US GAAP and regulatory requirements is a plus. A Master's degree in accounting or finance is an added benefit.

Exhibit crisp and effective executive communication skills, with experience presenting across functions and all organizational levels. An understanding of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) would be an advantage.

Demonstrate keen attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent analytical skills, and effective interaction capabilities with diverse stakeholders.
