Lead significant components of client engagements and manage smaller projects, consistently delivering high-quality client services. Stay informed about market trends and client challenges within the financial services sector. Effectively manage risks and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and priorities to ensure successful outcomes.

Take ownership of decision-making, optimize processes, and manage resources and team members to effectively execute tasks. This includes allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring the team has the necessary support and tools to achieve organizational goals, while also evaluating performance.

Possess deep technical expertise and industry knowledge in financial products. Demonstrate a strong understanding of various neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs) and their applications. Proficient in developing and validating state-of-the-art generative AI models, including RAG structures, and experience with NLP and LLMs.

Utilize leading AI platforms like OpenAI, Azure GPT, Google Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral, with proficiency in at least one. Conduct comprehensive testing of AI models for tasks such as text summarization and content generation. Experience in performance testing, evaluating for hallucinations, toxicity, bias, robustness, adversarial attacks, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

Apply knowledge of responsible AI practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences. A 4-year undergraduate degree or master's/Ph.D. in Mathematics, Engineering, Computational Finance, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with hands-on experience is required.
