Within EY's Business Consulting Practice, the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) group delivers solutions for identifying, measuring, managing, and monitoring market, credit, operational, and regulatory risks for capital markets activities.

This role involves independently reviewing credit portfolios and assessing underwriting quality against regulatory and internal policies. You will execute end-to-end QA processes within a managed services model, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include executing Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) across the credit lifecycle, providing credible challenge to underwriters and portfolio teams, and generating insights to identify operational weaknesses and drive continuous improvement in credit risk management.

We are seeking experienced Credit Risk and Quality Assurance professionals with 7-10 years of experience in wholesale credit underwriting, risk management, loan review, QA, or internal audit covering credit processes.

A strong understanding of the wholesale credit risk lifecycle, risk management frameworks, and control design is essential. You should have proven ability to review and challenge credit work products, articulate findings clearly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
