As a Senior professional in QA Managed Services for Wholesale Credit Quality Assurance (WCQA), you will conduct independent reviews of credit portfolios, assess underwriting quality against policies, and execute end-to-end QA processes. Responsibilities include performing Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) across the wholesale lending credit risk lifecycle, assessing risk ratings, and providing credible challenge to underwriters. You will identify thematic insights, process gaps, and control weaknesses, generating management information and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

We are seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience in wholesale credit underwriting, credit risk management, loan review, credit quality assurance, or internal audit. A CA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Essential skills include a strong understanding of the wholesale credit risk lifecycle, risk management frameworks, and the ability to evaluate control designs. Excellent written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are crucial, alongside familiarity with emerging AI/ML methodologies in credit risk.
