- Deliver high-quality actuarial results and develop effective solutions in collaboration with senior team members. - Manage priorities, communicate activity status, and meticulously track all billable hours. - Cultivate and maintain strong, productive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Prepare data, load it into actuarial tools, analyze liabilities, and present findings for reserving estimations. - Analyze historical claims data to identify trends and potential issues, reporting your observations. - Perform reserve valuations using IBNR models with provided data. - Review data, methodologies, assumptions, and results, benchmarking them against industry standards. - Assess technical provisions and capital calculations, including standard formula approaches. - Conduct large loss analysis, rating factor analysis, and CAT benchmarking. - Update stakeholders with reports and memos detailing analysis outcomes. - Focus on passing Actuarial exams while building substantial subject matter expertise.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the General Insurance industry, acquired through a consulting firm, insurer, or insurance services provider (e.g., in reserving, capital modeling, pricing, rate filling, CAT modeling, IFRS17, technical provisions, solvency II, or risk management). - Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, exhibiting a flexible work attitude complemented by strong analytical capabilities. - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite is expected. Knowledge of VBA, SAS, R Programming, Python, SQL, or Alteryx will be considered a significant advantage. - Good progress in actuarial examinations is required.
