EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Consulting is seeking a Senior Actuarial professional for its Life Insurance Managed Services practice. This role involves delivering solutions to prominent insurance sector clients, collaborating with a global network of professionals. You will support large-scale projects, develop client relationships, and foster a high-performing team environment. Develop and implement actuarial solutions within the Insurance service line and in conjunction with other service lines. Review work from junior team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Adapt existing modeling setups to incorporate asset or liability cash flows. Understand and apply the Actuarial of Choice (AoC) concept and its steps. Utilize strong Excel skills to run and modify macros for actuarial cashflow transformations. Gain hands-on experience with actuarial valuation software like Prophet, Axis, or MG Alpha, with advanced proficiency in one being highly valuable.

Possess 3-6 years of experience in valuation, reporting, pricing, or modeling within a life actuarial team in an insurance, consulting, or outsourcing company. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to independently solve problems within models and reporting processes. Exhibit a willingness to learn and actively apply new knowledge. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite is essential. A good understanding of US product lines and regulatory standards, along with hands-on implementation experience, is desirable. Experience managing small to moderate teams and an understanding of the AoC concept are advantageous.
