Develop and implement MG-ALFA/Integrate solutions for the Life Insurance Practice, working closely with cross-functional teams. Conduct testing and modeling, ensuring adherence to US product lines and regulatory standards. Review the work of junior team members, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery under pressure. Adapt existing modeling setups to incorporate GAAP, STAT, LDTI, or IFRS 17 cashflows, demonstrating a strong understanding of AoC concepts and steps. Utilize strong Excel skills, including macro manipulation, and develop regression models for testing. Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations and maintain an in-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulations across the US, Canada, and other key geographies.

A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in MG-ALFA/Integrate modeling, valuation, reporting, or pricing within a life actuarial team at an insurance, consulting, or outsourcing company is essential. Possess strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to independently investigate models and resolve issues. Demonstrate a proactive attitude, a continuous learning mindset, and a passion for professional growth. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite is required. Experience with handling small to moderate-sized teams and reviewing junior members' work is advantageous. Understanding of AoC concepts and ability to maneuver modeling setups for various accounting standards are key.
