As an FS Advisory Consultant, you will engage directly with business stakeholders to grasp their challenges, regulatory needs, and strategic goals. Your role involves leading requirements gathering through workshops and analysis, documenting current processes, and defining target states. You'll conduct gap analyses to pinpoint improvement areas and translate business needs into actionable user stories.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure effective implementation. Supporting the design and deployment of Financial Crime solutions, processes, and operating models is crucial. You will work closely with Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams throughout project lifecycles, including testing phases. Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing industry insights is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in Financial Crime processes and controls, with experience in areas such as Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, AML, KYC, CDD, or Fraud Risk Management. Proven experience in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and gap analysis, is essential.

Experience working within Agile delivery environments and a solid understanding of Agile principles are required. You should demonstrate the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and collaborate across business and technology functions. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field is necessary. Industry certifications are considered an advantage.

We prefer candidates with 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Financial Crime, Business Analysis, or Consulting, including experience with regulatory, risk, compliance, or transformation programs. Familiarity with Financial Crime platforms for Screening and Transaction Monitoring, and a strong understanding of Financial Services regulatory requirements, are highly valued.
